Atlantic Tele-Network Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

Salem, MA (December 4, 2006) — Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATNI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on January 10, 2007 on all common shares outstanding to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2006.
