Atlantic Tele-Network Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

Salem, MA (February 14, 2007) – Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATNI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on April 10, 2007 on all common shares outstanding to shareholders of record as of March 30, 2007.
